Digital Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview:
Freedom Healthworks, a trailblazer in the healthcare industry, is on the lookout for a talented and resourceful Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role is integral to our operations and marketing team, focusing on leveraging digital platforms to assist new clients in launching their practices and to enhance our corporate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing savant, proficient in HubSpot, WordPress, branding, and various digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and the needs of new clients starting their practices.
2. HubSpot Mastery: Utilize HubSpot for inbound marketing, CRM, and email marketing efforts. Manage workflows, nurture leads, and analyze data to drive conversions.
3. Google Ads Management: Maintain and update our Google Ads, ensuring a seamless, informative, and engaging user experience.
4. Brand Advocacy: Uphold and enhance our brand identity across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our core values.
5. Multi-Channel Marketing: Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
6. Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling content for a range of digital platforms, aligning with our overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on digital marketing campaigns' performance, using insights to refine strategies and tactics.
8. Client Support and Education: Assist new clients in developing their digital marketing strategies, offering expertise in branding, online presence, and digital advertising.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent skills in branding and maintaining brand consistency across various digital mediums.
- Experience in creating engaging content for diverse digital platforms.
- Proficient in analytics tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Certification or proven experience in HubSpot is highly desirable.
